- You will comply with all applicable MLS rules and regulations.
- You understand that Lystd is acting as a listing broker in a limited capacity and does not represent you as a buyer's or seller's agent unless separately agreed upon in writing.Lystd is not responsible for errors in listing data submitted by you. Fees are non-refundable once a listing has been submitted to the MLS.---## 5. Property Management ServicesProperty management services provided by Lystd are governed by a separate Property Management Agreement executed between you and Lystd. These Terms apply in addition to, and do not supersede, any such separate agreement.---## 6. Fees and PaymentFees for services are as described on getlystd.com or in a separate service agreement. By providing payment information, you authorize Lystd to charge applicable fees. All fees are in U.S. dollars. Lystd reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Intellectual PropertyAll content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and designs, are owned by or licensed to Lystd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
